Windows systems:
Press and hold the Ctrl key, then press the – or + sign (usually located next to backspace) until the desired text size is achieved.
Mac systems:
Press and hold the Option or Alt key, Command key, then press the – or + sign until the desired text size is achieved.
Use the up / down and left / right arrows on your keyboard
Windows Vista and 7:
Click on the Windows logo in the bottom left of the screen; type magnify in the search box. Click on the icon that appears to launch the software.
Windows Vista and 7 (alternative):
Press and hold the Windows key, then press the r key. Type magnify in the box that opens, then hit enter to launch the software
Mac systems:
Press and hold the Option or Alt key, Command key, then press the 8 key. Alternatively, press and hold the Function key, Command key and F11 key.
Windows Vista and 7:
Press the alt, left hand shift and print screen requirements keys simultaneously.
Mac OSx:
Press the Shift, Alt, Apple and 8 buttons simultaneously.
Internet Explorer:
Click the tools menu (the gear icon, top right). Click the ‘Accessibility’ button
Select the option “Ignore colours specified on web pages”
Click the ‘OK’ button
Next, click the ‘colours’ button, setting the colours as desired.
Firefox:
Click Firefox menu in the top left, then options, then content.
Click “colours”, then uncheck both “use system colours” and “and allow pages to use their own colours”.
Select your desired background colour.
