All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care
The All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care has been developed to deliver a world-class learning, research and teaching base that will equip leaders with the confidence, skills and capability to realise innovation in health & care and wellbeing.
The Academy offers a unique framework of learning opportunities, such as: Introductory courses (Online/In-person), Intensive Learning Experiences and Academic Programmes.
Academic Programme
- MSc Advanced Health and Care Management – Innovation and Transformation (PT/FT)
This course is designed to better equip middle and senior managers within health and social care systems in the UK and globally, to lead transformational change and drive innovation within healthcare systems, processes, and technologies.
Scholarship Opportunities
The All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care is part of the Welsh Government Intensive Learning Academy Programme.
As part of this programme we are able to offer several full-fee scholarships to professional learners from across Wales, working within the following:

- Social Care organisations in Wales
- Third Sector organisations in Wales
